Entering the Latin American Market Has Never Been Easier

An Industrial B2B Platform for Latin America

ConectNext works with international manufacturers, industrial suppliers and technology companies that want to assess, establish or develop their business in Latin America.

The platform combines two separate commercial lines:

  • Expansion services contracted according to the requirements of a specific project
  • B2B directory participation for companies seeking industry-based corporate and product visibility

A company may contract either line independently. Directory participation is not required before engaging ConectNext for expansion services, and a directory listing does not include commercial representation, market research or operational execution.

Expansion Services

Expansion services are the primary commercial offering of ConectNext. They are designed for companies requiring market intelligence, commercial representation, trade fair coordination, legal and regulatory coordination, business establishment, warehousing and local distribution, operational setup or ongoing local operations management.

Each engagement begins with a review of the company, its products, target markets and required support. ConectNext then defines a proposed scope covering the countries, activities, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and schedule.

Services may be contracted individually or combined within a broader project. Additional activities and countries are assessed separately as the company’s requirements develop.

B2B Directory Participation

The ConectNext B2B directory provides eligible companies with a dedicated presence organized by industry and product category.

A listing allows a company to present corporate information, products and commercial capabilities according to the features of its selected plan. It does not guarantee visitors, inquiries, distributors, customers, contracts or sales.

Directory participation does not require the company to establish a legal entity, office or operational presence in Latin America. It also does not obligate the company to contract expansion services.

Companies listed in the directory retain responsibility for the accuracy of their information, their commercial communications and any agreements arising from contact with another party.

Market Intelligence and Business Decisions

Companies evaluating Latin America may require information about target markets, competitors, distribution channels, trade activity or sector conditions before committing resources.

Where contracted, ConectNext conducts research focused on the company’s products, sector and selected countries. The resulting report identifies the information reviewed, the sources used, relevant limitations and considerations for the company’s decision-making.

Market intelligence supports commercial evaluation but does not guarantee demand, counterpart availability or business results. The client retains responsibility for its investment, market entry and operational decisions.

Commercial Representation, Warehousing and Local Operations Management

ConectNext directly manages the commercial and coordination activities included in an approved mandate. Depending on the engagement, this may involve commercial representation, communication with potential business counterparts, trade fair participation, establishment coordination, warehousing and distribution arrangements, or ongoing management of agreed local operations.

For approved projects requiring inventory in Colombia, ConectNext can coordinate suitable warehouse facilities, merchandise reception, inventory reporting, order preparation, customer collection and local distribution through specialized logistics providers. For companies without their own management team in the country, an ongoing mandate may include coordination of offices, warehouses, personnel processes, administrative suppliers, accounting and tax workflows, regulatory requirements and communication with headquarters.

Legal, accounting, tax, employment, regulatory, customs and other specialized or regulated services are delivered by qualified local providers. ConectNext coordinates their participation within the approved operation but does not replace licensed professionals, logistics operators or competent authorities. The proposal identifies the activities ConectNext manages, the specialized providers required, inventory and operational responsibilities, the authority granted by the client and the decisions that remain subject to client approval.

Warehousing and Distribution Operations in Colombia

Based in Colombia with Project-Based Regional Scope

ConectNext operates from Bogotá, Colombia and coordinates expansion projects in other Latin American markets according to the requirements of each engagement.

Regional scope does not mean that ConectNext maintains its own offices, permanent personnel, lawyers, accountants or operational infrastructure in every country. Before including a market in a proposal, we assess the activities, local requirements, delivery arrangements and specialized providers required for that project.

A company may begin with Colombia or evaluate another Latin American market according to its commercial and operational priorities. Multi-country projects can be organized in phases, with each jurisdiction receiving its own defined scope.

How an Expansion Engagement Begins

Companies contact ConectNext with information about their business, products, target markets and expansion objectives.

We review the request to determine the services and resources it may require. Where there is a suitable basis for engagement, the next step is a commercial proposal defining:

  • Countries and activities included
  • Services and deliverables
  • Responsibilities of ConectNext, the client and any specialized providers
  • Documentation or information required
  • Fees, available third-party costs and payment terms
  • Proposed schedule and reporting arrangements

Execution begins only after the scope and commercial terms have been agreed.

Not every inquiry results in an expansion project. The decision depends on the requested services, available capacity, target markets, operational requirements and whether ConectNext can define an appropriate delivery arrangement.

Clear Responsibilities Throughout the Engagement

The client retains authority over ownership, investments, financing, strategic direction and contractual commitments.

Where ongoing local operations management is contracted, the client may delegate specific operational authority to ConectNext through a written mandate. The mandate defines the activities, budgets, approval limits, reporting arrangements and decisions that remain with the client.

ConectNext manages the assigned activities, coordinates the parties involved and provides updates on progress, operational requirements and matters requiring client approval.

Specialized local providers remain professionally responsible for the legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or other services they perform. Government authorities, financial institutions, event organizers, property providers and other third parties retain control over their own approvals, requirements, availability and processing periods.

ConectNext does not guarantee market demand, buyers, distributors, contracts, sales, regulatory approvals, company registrations, financial institution onboarding or specific completion dates.

Corporate and Editorial Information

ConectNext publishes sector and market content to organize industrial information and support understanding of the business areas represented on the platform.

Published content is informational and separate from research or advisory work commissioned for a specific client. A tailored market assessment is delivered only when included in an agreed service scope.

Information published on the website does not constitute legal, tax, financial, regulatory, engineering or commercial advice. Companies should verify requirements and decisions with the appropriate professional or institutional sources.

A Clear Choice of Participation

Companies use ConectNext according to what they need. Those seeking corporate and product visibility can participate in the B2B directory. Companies requiring market assessment, commercial execution, business establishment or ongoing local operations management can contract expansion services under a defined mandate. These two lines remain separate, allowing each company to select the appropriate form of participation without an obligation to progress from one to the other.
