The submission of such documentation serves solely to confirm that the registering entity is a legally constituted business organization in its respective jurisdiction. ConectNext relies on the good-faith declaration of the submitting party; however, it expressly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, assess, request additional clarifications, or require supplementary validation of the information and documentation provided, including, where deemed appropriate, verification with public authorities, official registries, or competent governmental bodies.

By providing the requested documentation, the submitting party declares and warrants that all information furnished is accurate, authentic, current, complete, and legally valid. Full responsibility for the legitimacy, truthfulness, completeness, and legal standing of the submitted documentation rests exclusively with the applicant entity.

The submission of false, incomplete, or misleading documentation may result in immediate exclusion from the process or removal of the corresponding profile.
